Curd and yoghurt: the two terms have often been considered to be synonymous.

However, you will be surprised to know that they are in fact, different from each other.

Curd or dahi is a dairy product which is made by curdling milk with an edible acidic substance like lemon juice, vinegar and even curd itself. All you need to do is add a spoonful of curd or a few drops of lemon juice or tsp of vinegar in warm milk, and let it stay.

It takes around 6 to 8 hours for the milk to turn into curd.

Yoghurt, on the other hand, is created by the bacterial fermentation of milk.

To make yoghurt, a yoghurt culture consisting of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophiles is used.

What is Granola mixture and how it is prepared?

Granola is a breakfast and snack food consisting of rolled oats, nuts, honey or other sweeteners such as brown sugar, and sometimes puffed rice, which is usually baked until crisp, toasted, and golden brown.

The mixture is stirred while cooking to avoid burning and to maintain a loose consistency of breakfast cereal.

Dried fruits, such as raisins and dates, and sweets such as chocolate are sometimes added.

Granola is often eaten mixed with yoghurt, honey, fresh fruit (such as bananas, strawberries or blueberries), milk, or other types of cereal, also serves as a topping for various pastries, and desserts or ice cream.

Granola is sometimes enjoyed while hiking, camping or backpacking because it is nutritious, light, high in calories and easy to store (qualities that make it similar to trail mix and muesli).

Manufacturers also add honey, corn syrup or maple syrup to it and compress it into granola bars, making it easy to carry for packed lunches, hiking or other outdoor activities.

  8. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl

  10. Deep freeze for 15 to 20 minute
